    This backpack is MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) compatible, so additional pouches and accessories can be attached. Also hydration bladder compatible, the pack has a water-repellent lining. Its top handle, and top and side adjustable web straps make this transport pack up to any task, while padded shoulder straps and back with breathable mesh allow comfort.

  • These days the average U.S. soldier carries at least 60 pounds of gear, with extended patrol often doubling that weight. Specialized units may carry more, without factoring in the additional weight of a rucksack, which can come in many different shapes and sizes. A large pack can hold over 100 pounds of gear, while a modest sized patrol pack might hold 20 to 30 pounds. The longer the mission and more specialized the soldier, the more gear needs to be moved.
